System test

After all equipment is manufactured and control system implemented we organizing system test where the functionality of all equipment and control system is tested before it is shipped to customer. During and/or before the system test the first training of final customer is proceeded.  

Erection supervision

Our engineers are present on site in time of electrical equipment erection and cabling.  

Commissioning and fine tuning

The commissioning consists of several stages. The main stages are IO check, single function check, cold and hot commissioning of all system and fine tuning.
During the commissioning the training for operators, maintenance and production teams are done, so the final customer is able to handle the system after project is finished.
Whenever it is requested we offer support and maintenance contracts. It includes standard support including hot line, which could be extended by periodical system check with status report and recommendation for improvement, additional development etc.
